Revisions & Changes

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
• Any advance payments for uncompleted work may be partially refundable at our discretion.
• All confidential information must be returned or destroyed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

Changes to Terms
